As We Grow, This Will Increase
it's not right that our brothers and sisters in christ go to heaven because they starved!
We've chosen to work with Feed the Hungry, because they distribute Seven Dollars worth of food, for every dollar donated. They were founded by Dr Lester Sumrall, who was very aware of how much food and money is wasted and not given to the Christians in need in some Countries.
Instead of going through government or UN aid organizations, this is distributed by pastors in local churches.
easy strategy to give enough to make a difference
If Christians took the money they spend on food or eating out, just on Fridays by fasting or just using that amount to remember these beloveds, this could wipe out Christians dying of starvation very quickly. This is something we do and we encourage people to prayerfully consider.
